Our weekend retreat packages are designed so you can focus on your guests while we take care of the accommodation and catering.
The prices below are indicative for a 3-day / 2-night retreat (Friday to Sunday) and may vary depending on the season, the number of participants and your group's specific requirements.
All packages include:

• Two nights' accommodation
• Full board (from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch)
• Seasonal menus prepared using locally sourced ingredients
• Use of all meeting rooms and shared hotel facilities
• Access to the gardens and outdoor spaces
• Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property
• Pre-arrival support to help plan your retreat

*Alcoholic beverages are not included but can be arranged on request.

What is the maximum capacity?
Aldea Rural Pazos de Arenteiro can accommodate up to 34 guests, with a combination of single, double, triple and quadruple rooms.
We'll be happy to recommend the room configuration that best suits your group.
Can we book the hotel exclusively?
Yes—and in fact, we highly recommend it for retreats.
Exclusive hire allows your group to enjoy complete privacy, creating a more intimate atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
We simply ask that guests respect the peaceful character of the village and its residents, helping us preserve the unique charm of this historic setting.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
No.
We welcome both small and larger groups, tailoring each retreat to the organiser's needs and offering flexible room layouts and spaces.
Can we bring our own facilitators or instructors?
Absolutely.
Your retreat is your project, and you're free to work with your preferred teachers, coaches, therapists or speakers.
We'll provide the venue, facilities and support so you can deliver your programme exactly as you envision it.
Can we use the rooms throughout the day?
Yes.
During your stay, all communal areas and booked spaces will be available for your retreat programme, allowing you complete flexibility to organise activities throughout the day.
What equipment is available?
Our spaces are fully equipped for wellness activities, workshops, training sessions and conferences.
Facilities include:

Is the Wi-Fi reliable?
Yes.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, including all bedrooms and communal areas, making it easy to work remotely, deliver online training or stay connected whenever needed.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely.
We offer a variety of menus and can adapt them to suit your group's dietary needs and preferences.
We believe food is an important part of the retreat experience, so we work closely with organisers to create menus that complement each event.
Can we organise outdoor activities?
Of course.
The hotel gardens and outdoor spaces are ideal for group sessions, while the surrounding forests provide an exceptional setting for yoga, meditation, mindfulness, forest bathing, hiking and nature-based activities.
Is the hotel accessible?
Yes.
We have an accessible room designed for guests with reduced mobility.
